Warranty
Every paddle carries a 30 to 90 day manufacturing-defect warranty. Most warranties say “covered against defects” and leave it there. Ours is specific, so you can check it yourself and know exactly where you stand.
What's covered
How to spot it: A hollow, airy knock instead of the solid, dense sound a healthy face makes.
How to spot it: A crack or creak when you press the middle of the face with your thumb.
How to spot it: The edge guard lifting on its own, with no impact behind it.
What's not covered
- Normal wear (a worn grit face, surface scratches)
- Abuse (dropping, hitting walls, modifications)
- Collisions with anything other than the ball
How to claim
Send a photo or short video to hello@sola-spin.com. If it's a covered defect, we swap it same-day, locally. We meet you at 50 Queens Quay East Park, Toronto or arrange a GTA hand-off. No mailing it to the US, no waiting on cross-border support.
Warranty length grows as our track record does. Early batches start short while we confirm quality, then extend. This page is our standard policy, not legal advice.
