Court Essentials (overgrips, edge tape, balls) ship within ~14 days of confirmed payment. Paddles are local Toronto pickup. We arrange a time and place by text or email. We currently deliver within Toronto only; outside that area you can join the wait-list.

All sales final, exchanges only

We do not offer refunds. All sales are final. Unused items in their original, unopened condition may be exchanged within 14 days of receipt for another item of equal value (you cover any price difference and return shipping).

For hygiene and safety reasons, used or installed items cannot be exchanged This includes applied edge tape, opened grips, and used balls.

Damaged, defective, or wrong items

If something arrives damaged, defective, or incorrect, email hello@sola-spin.com within 7 days of receipt with a photo. We'll replace it at no cost.

How to request an exchange

Email hello@sola-spin.com with your order reference and the item you'd like instead. We'll reply with next steps.
