SOLA SPIN is a small business based in Toronto, Ontario. This policy explains what personal information we collect, why, and your choices under Canada's PIPEDA.

What we collect

Depending on how you use the site we may collect: your name, email, phone number, and (for delivery wait-list) postal code; your order and paddle-trial details; and basic sign-in data if you create an account (passwordless email link).

Why we collect it

To process orders and trial bookings, arrange local Toronto pickup or delivery, send order and sign-in confirmations, and, only with your consent, to notify you when delivery becomes available in your area.

How we store it

Your information is stored in our database and is not sold. We share it only with service providers needed to run the store (e.g. email delivery). Payments are made by Interac e-Transfer, so we never see or store card numbers.

Retention & your rights

We keep your information only as long as needed for the purposes above. You can ask us to access, correct, or delete your information, or withdraw consent, at any time by emailing hello@sola-spin.com.
