Terms of Service

These terms govern purchases from SOLA SPIN. By placing an order you agree to them.

Pricing & tax

Prices are in Canadian dollars. We are currently a small-supplier business and are not registered to collect GST/HST, so no sales tax is added. The price you see is the price you pay.

Payment

Orders are paid by Interac e-Transfer to pay@sola-spin.com. Your order is confirmed once payment is received. Include your name and order reference in the transfer.

Sales are final

All sales are final. We do not offer refunds, but unused items can be exchanged. See our Shipping & Exchanges policy for details and timelines.

Paddle trials

Trial reservations require no upfront payment. Pickup is arranged locally in Toronto; we confirm the time and place by text or email.

Product information

We describe products as accurately as we can. Specifications and colours may vary slightly from photos. Product images of accessories are for illustration.

Limitation

To the extent permitted by law, SOLA SPIN is not liable for indirect or incidental damages arising from use of our products or this site.
