Ways to work together
On-demand one-to-one coaching

Structured project and recruiting-cycle Mentorship
For students who need project delivery, recurring Code Review, recruiting cadence, and multiple rounds of interview preparation.
Advising boundaries
- SOLA does not ghostwrite, fabricate activities, or impersonate a student. The student remains the author and decision-maker for applications and projects.
- SOLA does not guarantee admission, scholarships, interviews, referrals, or offers. Results depend on the student's background, work, role fit, and independent third-party decisions.
- Referral support is conditional on role fit and student readiness; access is not sold and an interview outcome is never promised.
- A personalized recommendation letter is possible only after sustained direct mentorship and must accurately describe the relationship and observed contribution.
