The work is agreed before it begins

The written proposal sets out the scope, meeting rhythm, responsibilities, duration, and fees. Website descriptions do not promise admission, employment, or another result.

The student remains the author

Students must provide accurate background information and personally complete and understand their applications, projects, and interview answers. SOLA does not ghostwrite, invent experience, impersonate a student, or help anyone break school, employer, or platform rules.

Universities, employers, and third parties decide

SOLA does not guarantee admission, scholarships, interviews, referrals, or offers. Network support depends on role fit, the student's readiness, and a third party's willingness to help. A personalized recommendation letter may be considered only after sustained, direct Mentorship and must accurately describe the relationship and work observed.

Minors, responsibility, and governing law

A parent or legal guardian should submit for a minor and participate in confirming the service. To the extent permitted by law, SOLA is responsible only for the advising work agreed in writing. These terms are governed by the laws of Ontario, Canada.
