What you tell us

The form records the name you use, an email address or phone number, country or region, and the student's school, year, goals, and any notes you choose to add. We need one contact method, not both.

How the information is used and stored

We use the information to assess the inquiry, contact you, provide agreed services, and keep necessary records. Vercel hosts the site, Neon Postgres stores inquiry records, and Resend may send a private notification. Each provider processes only the information needed for that function.

Retention and your choices

When an inquiry does not lead to a service relationship, we keep it for no more than 12 months. Payment, legal, or ongoing-service records may be kept for as long as they are needed. You can use the consultation form to request access, a correction, or earlier deletion.

Information we do not need

SOLA does not sell inquiry information. Email addresses, phone numbers, goals, and free-text notes are not sent to analytics. The form does not accept uploads, so do not include identification, full transcripts, admission documents, or financial information. A parent or guardian should submit for a minor.

Site analytics and your choices

SOLA's public pages use Google Analytics, Vercel Analytics, and Cloudflare Web Analytics to understand page visits, general browser and device types, approximate regions, scrolling, and outbound-link clicks. We do not send consultation form-field values to these analytics services. The site does not load Google Analytics when the browser sends a Do Not Track or Global Privacy Control signal. Google Analytics may set analytics cookies; you can opt out by enabling either browser privacy signal or clearing those cookies.
