Information we collect
The consultation form may collect role, preferred name, email, phone, country or region, school and year, service interest, goals, timing, engagement preference, and optional context. At least one of email or phone is required.
Purpose and service providers
Information is used only to assess inquiries, arrange follow-up, deliver services, and maintain necessary records. The site is hosted by Vercel, inquiry records are stored in Neon Postgres, and Resend may deliver private operator notifications. Each provider processes only the information needed for its technical role.
Retention, access, and deletion
Inquiries that do not become a service relationship are kept for no longer than 12 months. Records needed for law, payment, or an ongoing service may be retained as necessary. You may use the consultation form to request access, correction, or earlier deletion.
Our commitments
Inquiry information is not sold. Email, phone, goals, and free text are not sent to analytics. The form does not accept uploads; do not submit identification, full transcripts, admissions documents, or financial information. A parent or guardian should submit for a minor.
